Contact the owner or agent directly from the owners' contact
information in each ad. We at CentralVermont.Us do not book
rentals or know anything about availability beyond what is in each ad.
Some ads have availability calendars.
To
book a Vermont vacation rental:
1) Go to the Vermont Vacation Rentals home page,
2) scroll down and then click on a southern or northern Region,
3) scroll down and click on the thumbnail photo or on the linked
underlined description,
4) view more photos and information about each property, scroll down
the ad, and get contact information for that advertiser,
5) call, e-mail, or write the advertiser directly using information in
the ad itself. We do not book rentals at vermontproperty.com.
6) Most properties are rented out by the owners whom you contact
directly. If you prefer to use a rental agency or resort, use rental
agency & resort links at the top of many of the regional pages or
scroll down to the bottom of the regional pages. Rental agencies and
resorts are also listed on separate southern and northern rental
agency/resort pages linked from the bottom of the regional list on the
Vermont Vacation Rentals home page.
Happy
browsing!
Ask for a detailed description of the rental's location and
facilities before making a commitment. If possible, inspect the
property before making a reservation. Otherwise, ask for photographs
of the interior and exterior and the names and phone numbers of other
renters who have stayed in the rental. There are few things worse than
arriving for a vacation only to find your rental is not what you
expected. On the other hand, if you find a place you love, you may
want to return year after year.
Make your reservations early. The best rentals at the best
prices go fast. When you do make a reservation, have a clear
understanding with the owner or agent - preferably in writing -
about such issues as rates, deposits, cleaning, cancellation policy,
and time of arrival and departure.
Rental prices are subject to change, and may be different than
shown in an ad. In some cases, rentals may be subject to Vermont's 9%
rooms tax.
Descriptions of the properties listed were provided by the owner or
